1. Shipping Times & Destinations
Since we source our products directly from top global manufacturers to offer you the best prices, shipping times may vary.
* Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
* Standard Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery generally takes 7–14 business days to major destinations (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe).
* Please note that shipping to some remote regions or during peak holiday seasons may take slightly longer (up to 21 business days).
2. Order Tracking
Every order comes with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's journey.
* As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track it.
* Tracking information may take 2–5 days to update in the carrier's system after shipment.
3. Shipping Costs
* We are proud to offer **Free Standard Shipping** on all orders above $30 or mention if you offer Free Shipping on everything!.
* For orders below $30, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 will be applied at checkout.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
* The Axon Store is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your package by your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
* If your package has not arrived within our estimated delivery window, please check your tracking link first.
* If there is no update or if the package is significantly delayed, please reach out to our support team at malanisuru1@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate the issue and make sure you receive your product or a replacement.
6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
* It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been processed or shipped. We are not responsible for packages that are misdelivered or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
